Coming From 95 North:

Drive south on Interstate 95 and take Exit 10A (Warwick, Route 117 heading east toward Apponaug). Pass underneath Route 95 and continue through one set of traffic lights.  Continue straight; after a commuter parking area, begin to slow down and look for the wide entrance to Warwick Summit Executive Park (250-300 Centerville Road) and turn right into it.

Once in the Executive Park, you will continue to drive forward, past several brick buildings and begin to climb the hill.  You will see a sign ahead of you that indicates 300 Centerville Road is ahead.  Bear right and continue driving all the way to the top of the hill.  Parking for the South Building is in the top two lots.  When you enter the Summit South building, you are on the correct floor.  Follow to the right and enter Suite 202A.

Coming From 95 South:
